• The user must be at least 21 years of age.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x).

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus may only be used once and must be used within the specified period.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• If bonuses are misused through multiple accounts, the account will be closed.
• vk8app reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

The vk8app VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. The Bronze tier offers a maximum weekly cashback of 0.3%, Silver up to 0.7% and the Gold tier up to 1.0%. It is possible to advance to a higher tier through regular play.

• Game results are completely random and not predetermined.
• If a technical fault in a game causes an abnormal result, that round may be voided.

• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification or to cooperate with it.

11.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request account closure at any time via our 24/7 live chat. All eligible balances can be withdrawn before the account is closed.
